    sé ar seachrán re trí tráthaibh
    mar mhnaoi bhuile do bhí sain
    Muire agus í dá iarraidh.
  4. An treas cás do imthigh air
    a fhios mar fhuair a mháthair
    gné do athruigh dá haghaidh
    gabhthair é le hÍobhalaibh.
  5. Ar bhfaicsin Críost i gcruth bháis,
    a ógh, ba adhbhar uathbháis
    t'oidhre dod chomhair san chrann
    go ngonaibh doimhne dearnann.
