géag chubhra an chnuais ainglidhe,
cruth seangghlan go snas chorcra
dar las deallradh diadhachta. - Ór líoghlan ar nar luigh sal,
réalta iuil fhear an talmhan,
ciabh chlaon 's a griandath mar ghréin,
caor do mhianach criadh ceinéil. p.150 - Ór glan gealbhán na cruinne,
baincheann na sé sochaidhe,
folt na n-órchlann gcruinnshliom gcas,
lóchrann ó bhfuighbheam eolas. - Grian ghlan ghealmhaidne samhraidh,
