- Urra ar leighis Dia na ngrás,
liaigh maith fhóireas gach uathbhás,
bíom slán 'n-a dhiaidh go deimhin,
liaigh ler bh' ál ar bhfóiridhin. - Is usaide réidhteach leis,
liaigh nach iarrann luach leighis
cóir Dé na ngrás do ghuidhe;
is é a bhás ar mbeathai-ne. - Luach aisdir ní iarraidh sain,
liaigh cabhartha clann nÁdhaimh;
liaigh do fhaomh leigheas ar locht
bheireas a ghaol ó ghuasocht. - An deoch shearbh ler fhóir inn-ne
liaigh leighis ar n-intinne
ní thug sé digh dhí dhamh-sa
gur ibh mo Rí romham-sa. - Do léig cuisleanna a chuirp féin,
gidh mór do-ním dá mhíréir,
Mac Dé do leigheas ar locht;
ní hé so cheileas a chumhocht. - Gidh maith liom leigheas mo chuirp,
a Mheic Dhé as uaisle iodhbuirt,
ní hé uile iarraim ort;
triallaim dod ghuidhe im ghuasocht. - A ghnúis ghrianda shéimh shuilbhir,
sirim ort mar athchuinghidh,
a luibh chabhra cheileas mh'olc,
leigheas mh'anma mar fhurtocht. - Go dtí dod leigheas, a leinb,
d'éis a ndearnadh do dhíbheirg
—mairg nach reich ríghe nimhe—
