go tír an ríogh romholaim,
clúm mín tres gach maoilinn dí
aoibhinn an tír i dtéighe. - Aoibhne dhuit-se ná dhamh-sa,
ag féachain na bhfearann-sa,
an clár ubhlach groigheach glan
Murbhach is Oileach d'fhéachadh. - Do-chífe Magh n-úr n-Eine
na learg n-áluinn n-aingleidhe
's an Éirne dá n-éir ealta;
budh céim d'éirghe aigeanta. - Do-chífe Eas Ruaidh rámhach
