  1. Iongaibh thú orm, a Iarla,
    mór mh'fhearg ret fholt ngéigniamhdha;
    ná tabhair fheirg ar th'fhilidh;
    teilg i n-aghaidh th'aindlighidh.
  2. Sul thuileas mo thonn fheirge
    do ghríosadh do ghruaidhleirge
    do-bhéar robhadh romham féin
    gidh foghal oram ei-séin.
  3. Na foghla as a bhfás pudhar
    orm, a Iarla DeasMhumhan,
    tú do-ní iad ó fhuilnge,
    a rí Liag dá leanfuim-ne.
  4. Ní racha sinn seachad féin
    dot éagnach, a ucht mínréidh;
    red ghnúis mbuig is dú a dhéanamh,
    dhuid a-tú dá thaisbéanadh.
  5. Is ort as cóir a chumhal
    d'agra, a Iarla DheasMhumhan,

    éagcóir d'éis na meabhla-sa

  25. Gidh mé as dírghe cuid don cháir
    dá n-agrar thú, a thuir Iomdháin,
    budh beag dtaraidh an tulchóir
    it aghaidh don agarthóir.
