    cách is nuaileabhair dá fhógra i n- aonaighibh;
    gearr go snadhma sí ris na saoirfhearaibh
    rí don Ghaoidhealfhuil go mBanbha bhraondairigh.
  2. Ní fada cobhair ó chlár ThéiMhidhe
    —glár céillidhe re n-oghair gach aonduine;
    a-táid dá ghairm go Gort nGáirighe,
    do nocht gach fáidhfhile d'ainm ar n-Aodhai-ne.
  3. Ó leargaibh Fhinne go Cliaigh gcroibhiodhain
    biaidh an Ghaoidhealfhuil ime mar gach aoinfheadhain;
    badh fogus dóibh teacht a dtuaidheamhain;
    ní badh tearc nuaidheabhaidh um Bhóinn mbraoin-ealaigh.
