  1.  194Déanam cionntughadh na colla
    cion uirre ní haighneas doirbh
    gach ní bhus liom-sa is lé a cheannas
    ionnsa é is mar fheallas oirn.
  2. An lá bhím ar bhreith na colla
    cur rem aimhleas do b'áil lé
    is ann a-tá ar tí mo leasa
    rem chlí an lá bhus measa mé.
  3. Doirbh leis an gcorp cor 'n-a aghaidh
    a aimhleas is é do smuain
    ionnsa don truaill-se a-tá umainn
    an lá fhuair-se urraim uaim.
  4. An corp an compánach fallsa
    dá bhfagha a riar ní rún glan
    ní cás leis na ceathra dúilibh
    seachna grás an Dúilimh dhamh.
  5. An t-anam gá huaisle toirbheart
    tugadh do nimh naomhdha an chéim
    ní ghabh an truaill chriadh 'n-ar cuireadh
    gan riar uaim nach fuigheadh féin.
  6. Ní thiobhra an corp cead a mhúinte
    a mhacnas orm gidh eadh raibh
    ní ghéabha se acht 'n-a breith bhroide
    mé do bheith im oide air.
  7. Dá gcaithinn re cosg an uabhair
    is eadh thaidhbheas tréan as mhó
    mé dá thuigse nochar tharbha
    gur chré is uisge as damhna dho.
  8. Doirbh feasda ó nach fuair a múnadh
    miana an chuirp do chur ar ais
    smacht ar choin gan eill ní heidir
    a thoil féin dá léigir lais.
  9. A chuirp thalmhaidhe a-tá umam
    ní it agra as fhaide a-tú
    tú fa ríor nochar mhúin meise
    dúinn gion gur díol treise thú.
  10. Gur aithneas t'olcas d' fhior chumainn
    red chosg níor chaitheamar dlús.
    gan olc ar th'úidh ní dual duid-se
    truagh dhúinn gan do thuigse ó thús.
  11. Led mhianaibh is mairg do aontuigh
    's nach eol duid acht déanamh locht
    fa mhian éigin ní budh fhoráil
    ciall ar éigin d' fhoráil ort.
  12. Ní fada an treimhse a-tá romhad
    go riocfa leas leabaidh chriadh
    is beag nar chríonais a cholann
    cead díomais oram ná hiarr.
  13. Ní tugadh ciall don chorp dhaonna
    go ndligheann sin seachna locht

  24. Mian síothchána acht sinn dá teibhe
    a-tá ar do Mhac mairg nach tuig
    ní bhí a fhearg acht i n-a heatail

  25. Don ghrádh thug Críosd do chách uile
