    ar gach chuid dar chum mo chlí
    an bhraith-shlighe do mhear mé
    a Dhé is bean aithrighe í.

    agus treas oile le hól
    ní heagail linn éag mon-uar
    do bhréag ar mbuar inn 's ar n-ór.
  3. Am falmhaire ag suidhe sunn
    níom dagh-dhuine acht duine dall
    ainm dagh-dhuine do rádh riom
    nár liom 's gan fhalmhaire ann.
  4. Mo chorp peacthach salach sunn
    nochan falach dearcach donn
    a-tá oirchinneach olc ann
    an corp mall toirrchimeach trom.
  5. Sinn ag gáire le guth mór
    uch uch ní náire do niam
    gidh glór bras do niam is nár
