GeneralContext The sandstone cross shaft stands on a height in the graveyard at Toneel, near Boho. It is standing in a base that measures 90 x 88cm at ground level and 62 cm in height.

GeneralDescription W3 depicts the presentation of the John the Baptist in the Temple. The central figure holds a child in (her?) arms and is flanked by a figure either side.
GeneralDescription W4 depicts the Baptism of Jesus. Christ stands in the centre, he seems to be turning towards the figure of St. John the Baptist on the right. The waters of the Jordan flow between the feet of the two figures.
