GeneralContext Stone type: Medium-grained, massive yellow sandstone.
Dimensions 132cm (52'') in height, 51cm to 49cm (20'' to 19.3'') wide, and 19cm (7.5'') in depth.
GeneralDescription Grave-slab (taken from Roman altar), dated to first half of eleventh century.
GeneralDescription The slab has a large frontal figure who extends from the top to the bottom plinth. He has short arms, and its feet are out-turned. It seems to be wearing a short belted tunic. There are two panels of interlace on either side of the figure.
