Research Interests

My research interests include relationships between writing / poetry and architecture and affect and architecture as well as perceptions of the role of architecture in dwelling in the Irish rural landscape.

Current research project: with the Centre for Rural Economy, Newcastle University, the project aims to investigate the role, impact and vision of Irish architects in shaping rural landscapes through the design of dwellings.
