Biography

Bio: My research focuses on the application of palaeolimnological techniques to the fields of environmental archaeology, palaeoclimatic reconstruction and currently modern limnological assessment and conservation. Previous research explored the utility and performance of species-specific chironomid (non-biting midge) subfossil analysis combined with pollen and geochemical indicators, in the investigation of prehistoric farming impacts on freshwater lake systems.
