Research Interests
My research areas include organizational behaviour, human resource management & development, leadership development, dysfunctional individual & organizational behaviour, risk & risk taking, and theory development. Some of my more recent research focuses on extreme forms of ‘dark side’ organizational behaviour i.e. narcissism, derailment and excessive risk-taking within global banking and financial institutions at the centre of the financial crisis. Other research areas include CSR, ethics, diversity & inclusion, organizational derailment, and the augmentation and development of theories associated with these research themes. For prospective Research Masters or Ph.D students, please contact me directly to discuss possible research topics.
