David currently supervises postgraduate theses in the following areas:
Prior to joining the School of Management and Marketing in 2014, David was a postdoctoral scholar in Public Procurement at Dublin City University (DCU) . David’s teaching experience includes UCD, Smurfit School, Queen Mary, University of London, Dublin City University and teaching assignments in Central Europe (Czech University of Life Sciences) and Asia including Singapore (APMI), Hong Kong (APMI), and Beijing (BUPT). Prior to his academic career, David worked for many well-known firms within the pharmaceuticals and telecommunications industries.

I welcome queries from individuals who wish to explore Master degrees by research. These include MSc, MComm and PhD.
The MSc is suitable for recent graduates who typically complete a major thesis over 12 months. A limited number of fee waivers are available from the School of Management & Marketing in return for MSc candidates completing undergraduate tutorials. The MSc can also be taken on a part time basis and the thesis completed over a 24 month period.
The MComm is designed for busy professionals who complete a major thesis by integrating their professional role with academic study. There is no taught modules however candidates are supported by an academic mentor. The fees for both part time modes of study is in the region of €2,500 per calendar year.
Candidates who make significant progress in their Masters research may transfer to the structured PhD programme.
