Biography:

Ella O' Sullivan is a graduate of UCC (BCL 2003; LLM 2004). Her research interests are in Commercial law, in particular Intellectual Property. She is currently completing a PhD on the effect of the 1998 EC Directive on the legal protection of biotechnological inventions on the patenting of inventions involving living material in Europe.
