Biography:

Dr Simon Lawrence obtained his BSc and PhD from the University of Durham. He spent a year as a post-doctoral research associate at University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, with Professor Roger Davey followed by a year as a post-doctoral research associate at Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, before joining the staff at UCC.
