Krishnendu Guha

Biography

Dr. Krishnendu Guha is presently an Assistant Professor/ Lecturer in the School of Computer Science and Information Technology, University College Cork (UCC), Ireland. Prior to this, he was a Post Doctoral Research Associate in University of Florida, USA. He also held the position of an Assistant Professor (Temporary Faculty) in National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, India. He even served as a Visiting Scientist in Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, India. He completed his PhD from University of Calcutta, India as an INSPIRE Fellow under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. He was also an Intel India Research Fellow for one year. He completed his MTech from University of Calcutta, where he secured the First Class First Rank and was the University Gold Medalist.    

His research arena essentially involve Embedded Systems and Hardware Security, Quantum Computing, Real Time Systems Security with focus on cloud and IoT platforms. He also has a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Nature Inspired Approaches.
