Biography
The ODIN project is a European-wide program aimed at preventing Vitamin D deficiency in the population. Kirsten is part of the analytical arm of the project, determining vitamin D content in blood samples from partners across Europe and compiling data for the Vitamin D Standardization program.Prior to her involvement in the ODIN project, she worked as a laboratory analyst in food chemistry and as a process development chemist in the pharmaceutical industry.
