Ronan Hennessy

Biography

Dr Ronan Hennessy is a Senior Technical Officer in the School of Biological, Earth & Environmental Sciences at UCC.

Ronan is a geoscientist, and works in the field of GIS and geoheritage.
Ronan has worked on research projects with EU Commission, national, local government and commercial sector organisations, as well as Irish, European and North American universities. His publications include a variety of research domains including geoheritage, landscape archaeology, educational multimedia, Irish language planning, environmental planning policy, landscape character assessments, geotourism, public health, and mining heritage.
