Specifically, oral narrative and materials relating to the Cailleach Bhéarra and the bean feasa. Life cycle ritual and its interpretation, in historical comparative and ethnographic contexts, on structural-functional lines. Specifically material and folklore relating to the traditional funerary assembly, the "merry wake", and the funeral procession.
