BIOGRAPHY
Research Interests
- Integrate constraint programming technique and tools with popular commercial tools to achieve a higher level acceptance of CP by industry
- Standardization of CP modelling and solving concepts with a unified CP API that will allow a user to apply different underlying CP solvers for the same problem model
- Integrate CP with other decision support techniques such as business rules and machine learning in the context of enterprise decision management
- Applying CP, BR, and ML technology for large data centres and smart buildings
- Standard JSR-331 ¿ Constraint Programming API¿ at www.jcp.org
- Received Google Research Award of $50K for conducting ¿An advanced constraint-based scheduler for Google Calendar¿
- We completed the CP-Inside framework and licensed it to a start-up ¿ThinkSmart¿
