	GeneralContext	Opposite the west door of the Cathedral lies the stump of the shaft of a cross. Its measurements are 65 cm high and 78 cm wide and 55 cm in depth. It rests on a 2 stepped base. The decoration on the east face depicts the remains of a quadruped, enclosed in a semi circle, within a diamond shape. The north and west sides also have a diamond shaped motif enclosing interlace / bossed decoration.
