GeneralContext Cross shaft.
Location Churchyard at Hope.
Dimensions 6'6'' high, 15'' by 11'' at the bottom, tapering to 11'' by 7'' at the top.
GeneralDescription Cross shaft, dated to the late tenth century, east face.
GeneralDescription At the top of the shaft there is interlace of late character, below this there are two figures holding up a long staff. Under that panel there is a Scandinavian ring-knot with two concentric rings, and under that there are two very unusual loop-patterns, within round-topped framings.
