As a student in the Certificate of Teaching and Learning class I was an invited participant in an Academic Council Committee on Teaching and Learning workshop entitled “Teaching and Learning Quality in UCC: A Roadmap” in December 2011. The aim of this workshop was define teaching and learning policies in UCC for the coming five years. Topics discussed at this half day workshop included room facilities, timetabling and technology among others.
