Description
Dedicated to sustainability, I contributed to projects and initiatives with a great impact on the UN SDGs. As part of the Connectsus programme led by Dr Paul Bolger, I engaged with communities in Athenry and Iveragh peninsula for the development of a Food Charter for sustainable, healthy and local food communities. Feedback was very positive, and further training sessions with communities are planned.
