Description
The workshop and activities forcused on developing a proactive, opportunistic and growth mindset for career development. The actitivies were based on the McMahon and Patten's Systems Theory Framework of Career Influences, Krumboltz's Career Happenstance Theory, and Nassim Nicholas Talab's concept of Antifragility.
Workshop participants were also offered the opportunity to take the Antifragility in Career Guidance questionnaire developed by the Innovative European Career Guidance research group.
