I facilitated and designed each session for a Europe-wide public broadcasting project organised by the EDI Committee of the European Broadcasting Union, in collaboration with the national Irish language public broadcaster, TG4. I had the pleasure of working with a fantastic group of European public broadcasters on this initiative. The project's goal was to create a toolkit to assist media organisations in public broadcasting in becoming more inclusive work environments for neurodivergent individuals. Upon the conclusion of the project, I compiled the final document.
