2022: Successfully completed IUA Collaborative Webinar Series held online between in December 2022 and May 2022. The IUA is a unique initiative between UCD, TCD, RCSI, DCU, MU, NUIG, UCC and UL, which aimed to support research supervisors through the forum of online webinars. I attended several workshops and seminars designed for new, inexperienced research supervisors as well as more experienced staff from across the consortium, to support those who wished to improve their knowledge and discuss best practices on approaches to PhD research supervision. Topics covered included; Successfully Supervising research Students Remotely, Mental Health and Well-being of PGRs, Supporting Academic Writing, and Recruitment & Selection of Research Students.
