This session discusses two urgent themes: history and environment. In Part 1, Image Nation Green, an organization promoting sustainable practices in the performing arts, will present a report on their participation in the Hong Kong Culture and Sustainability Conference in November 2025. In Part 2, theatre director Yuta Hagiwara of Kamome Machine and researcher and friendly/critical eye Beri Juraic reflect on The Nanjing Project, about 1937 Nanjing Massacre, presented earlier at YPAM. They will discuss what theatre does and can do to history.
