The Performance Working Group, an interdisciplinary project funded by the School of Music and Theatre, hosts a one-day public symposium featuring discussions, workshops and performances. Focusing on the productive engagement between theory and practice, and informed by recent developments in research on performance, the symposium will consider the potential and limits of an exchange in which theory is understood as a form of practice and practice is understood as a form of thought.
