Ministerial Appointee - I was invited to participate as the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment’s nominee in the Sales Law Review Group, established in November 2008, with a view to advising the Minister on a number of issues including to make recommendations for a scheme of legislation capable of providing a statutory sales law framework appropriate to modern-day conditions and needs.
