The Environment Ireland® 2023 programme focuses on the key issues facing Ireland’s environment sector. The conference featured presentation such as, circular economy, the New National Food Waste Prevention Roadmap, Climate Action Plan 2023 (CAP23), the climate crisis, the biodiversity emergency, the European Union Biodiversity Strategy for 2030 response, Ireland’s Citizens’ Assembly on Biodiversity Loss and Government plan to hold a referendum on protecting biodiversity.
