Co-organised an Academic-Industry workshop where leading B2B marketing academics from Ireland, the UK, Norway and Australia were invited to engage with dozens of industry participants from a range of sectors in UCC/Cork City Locations.
The four day academic-industry workshop was a fantastic way for us to share academic knowledge and create pathways for impactful collaboration with industry.
A range of local businesses/NGOs collaborated with several international academic experts in the domain of Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing and Strategy on current issues in their respective industries, interactive sessions on overcoming these challenges, and created invaluable networking opportunities for all participants.
The academic workshop participants who travelled to Cork included: Prof. Debbie Harrison (BI Norway), Prof. Catherine Sutton-Brady (University of Sydney), Prof. Pete Naude (Manchester Metropolitan University), Dr. Thomas O’Toole (SETU), Dr. Annmarie Ryan (UL), and Dr. Teea Palo (University of Edinburgh).
