Description
Every year I participate in the UCC Open day being at the FNS stand, handing out information about the programmes and answering questions. In 2025, I prepared a poster on plant-based milk alternatives and, together with one of my PhD students, I developed a high-protein pea-based beverage called ‘Make it Peasy’ that we provided for tasting.
