I took the step from attendee to speaker and presented at an international conference for the first time!
Together with colleagues Jan Andersen SDU/DARMA and Olga Roig Herrera CREAF/INORMS, we co-presented the session “Would you do it again? How RMA Study Tours are effective professional development instruments”, sharing insights from recent Ireland and Spain RMA Study Tours.
I was delighted to travel with colleagues from University College Cork's Office of the Vice President for Research & Innovation nd to connect with so many new RMA peers from across Europe and beyond, the informal conversations, shared challenges and future collaboration ideas were a highlight. In addition, it was wonderful to connect with ELSEVIER staff, especially Heather Chan, Elsevier's Jr. Solutions Account Manager for Research Intelligence.
