This module focuses the student on the field of leadership and management development at three levels - individual staff member, team/unit and organisational level. Students will consider the varying approaches employed in different sectors and scale of organisations in delivering leadership and management development. The full complexity of the concept, nature and impact of such development activity is critically examined from a broad perspective of competing needs.
