WHO produced a review of literature on non-sugar sweeteners. Our study in 6 cohorts in Europe and US on replacing sugar sweetened beverages with non-sugar showed risk of heart disease is lowered.
The WHO document was subsequently cited by 29 policy documents and 400+ papers.
