Research Interests
Discovery proteomics in clinical and preclinical studies; investigations of gastrointestinal physiology and the microbiota–gut–brain axis, with particular emphasis on microbial metabolites and advanced statistical and computational data analysis.
Teaching Activities
Delivery of a practical module for fourth-year neuroscience students introducing core methods in protein analysis, immunofluorescence staining, imaging, and image analysis.
