Biography
Fatih has received his BSc and PhD degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University, Turkey. Currently he works as a researcher in III-V Materials and Devices group at Tyndall National Institute. His research topics include heterogeneous integration of III-V devices on Si photonics platforms through micro-transfer printing and designing integrated microwave photonic systems enabled by heterogeneous integration.
