Biography
Dr Marco Amici teaches language and culture modules for the Department of Italian and the School of Languages, Literatures and Cultures. Marco graduated from the Sapienza University of Rome and was awarded a PhD in Italian Studies from University College Cork. His research interests include dystopian and apocalyptic narratives, punk counterculture and contemporary Italian literature. He has published several articles in scholarly journals and edited volumes on Italian noir and crime fiction.
