Biography

Paidi is an innovation facilitator, thinker and doer. He is currently Chair of the Digital Transformation Lab, Co-Director of the Innovation through Design Thinking Postgraduate Diploma at UCC, Director of the Practitioner Research Seminars Series, and a member of the global lecturing panel at the Irish Management Institute. He has 30 years of experience working on and leading innovation and research projects across a range of industries, including finance, engineering, education and healthcare. He has guided individuals and teams in EMC, Dell, IBM, Google, Facebook, Central Bank, Bank of Ireland, AIB, etc. Previously, he was Director of Innovation & Research for a UK-headquartered technology company. In 2011 he was awarded a PhD for action-based research into organizational innovation management
