Biography
Health Canada, Federal Government, Ottawa and territorial governments of NWT, Yellowknife and NU, Iqaluit; produced an economic model for provision of orthodontic services to first nations peoples and government workers -public health model for facilities designing centres, researching equipment, working with health care experts and dental therapists -co-ordinating treatments and transport of patients from outlying communities, organizing patient care with dentists, nurses, and dental therapists. -linking the service with schools and assessing the children in dental offices within the schools Teaching: 1.Undergraduate -lectures/tutorial teaching/clinical chair side supervision/clinical competencies technique, application, assessment/ provision of clinical orthodontics services to support teaching program/interdisciplinary clinical cases with final year students/clinical health and safety requirements 2. Postgraduate -clinical supervision of registrar and teaching of a computer program for analysis and treatment planning of a patient 3. Complimentary professions: -supervision of dental hygiene students -lectures for dental assisting certification program -dental assistants photography technique and digitization 4.
