Abstract
服务业标准化立法是我国服务业健康稳定发展的前提与保障.我国服务业标准化立法应坚持平等性原则、竞争性原则和协调性原则,在立法模式上宜采用政府主导,民众、专家、行业广泛参与的复合模式.要完善我国服务业标准化立法,必须扩大服务业标准化法的覆盖范围,吸收国外服务业标准实施方面的先进理念,规范服务业标准化的管理体制和监督机制.
