Abstract
随着住房条件的改善，人们对居住环境的要求也日益提高，对眺望权的主张也日益增多。文章从法理学的角度入手，分析眺望权的功能和价值，研究其基本法律问题，并通过分析其在国内外法律中的地位与适用，探索其立法原则。
