0.6 v D flip-flop utilising negative differential resistance device

Abstract

A novel D flip-flop for low voltage operation with improved speed isproposed using SPICE simulation, which takes advantage of a dynamic threshold voltage MOSFET featuring ultra-low voltage operation and a negative differential resistance storage featuring less capacitance.
