111 dB Dynamic Range Laser Beam Imaging with the Digital MEMS-Based CAOS Smart Camera

Abstract

Demonstrated is a 111.6 dB linear Dynamic Range (DR) Digital Micro-mirror Device (DMD)-based CAOS smart camera that allows extreme DR accurate and repeatable laser beam spatial irradiance mapping from 400 nm to 2700 nm.
