N2 - During the past few decades, the field of telecommunications has been the subject to a continuous evolution. Kridel [1] associates this evolution to three interrelated phenomena: shifts in regulations, increased competition and technological progress. In addition to Kridels' phenomena, we see higher end user expectations with regards to service quality and price as another dimension to this evolution. Here, we propose a market place approach, called Agent Grid Service Marketplace (AGSM), that addresses those evolutionary factors [2].
