Abstract
This study published by the Irish Deartment of Justice, Equality and Law Reform investigates the high attrition rate in sexual assault offence cases in Ireland. Based on qualitative research with victims and legal, medical and support proffessionals the report identifies factors which contribute to attrition at each stage of the legal process.
