Abstract
A novel simulation technique to model the performance of wireless networks under variable loading and BER conditions is presented. Bluetooth asynchronous packet types were compared and packet delay statistics were generated. The results suggest that performance may be improved by the design of more appropriate link-layer packet segmentation and scheduling schemes.
