Abstract
This was a poster presentation at the launch of the Long Room Hub research institute in Trinity College Dublin. My poster represented the results of research that combined examination of early library acquisitions, shelving practices, and subject classification in the early catalogues in order to build a rounder picture of the collections in the Old Library, TCD, and their connection to the curriculum and wider intellectual world in the seventeenth century.
